These HRMS instrumentation by Thermo Scientific are industry leading Orbitrap technology used at CAPCA for all applications and projects. Generic and customized workflows have been developed to profile and sequence low abundant proteins in complex samples, post-translational modifications, intact protein mass profiling, protein interactions, and quantitation by both label-free, SILAC, and tandem mass tag (TMT) approaches.
